Well it looks like I am going to have to order some textile medium
because I ask in the local Michaels, and the lady didn't have any, in
fact she didn't know what it was.
When I took a tole painting class years ago the lady had us paint a
sweatshirt using our acrylic paint with the sealer added, it makes
the painting pretty stiff though.
