Many years ago my first mural was a redwood forest. It was all out of my head too, so I know how you feel. It came out pretty well and I had the sun's rays streaming through the trees in one section. It was quite dramatic. I took photos of it, but would have to hunt for them. It was done in the 70's, so we didn't have the digital cameras back then.I think you are doing a great job, just keep in mind where your light source is so you get the shadows and highlights in the right places that makes all the difference in a big piece. The animals will be cute and give it more life.Naomi

the scary thing naomi is that this is painted from my head. no photos. well, actually all i have to do is go outside of the church and get the color schemes, or what is on the ground or how the trees look, or whatever. anyway, this is the first time i have done anything like this without a photo...
i'll post updated photo by Sunday....
hugs, elizabeth
