I was wondering about that.  But couldn't figure out what type back ground to use.  I do see that I have to work on my flowers!  If they had been yours, what backgrounds would you may have used?  I am bad on those and am trying to work on it.

There is one thing that bothers my eye in both paintings though, the
background color.
I think if the shade of the background was a little lighter it wouldn't
draw my eye away from the subject in you painting so much.
