No I think I will keep him in the house, I don't want him falling
apart if he happened to get wet.

Since the books I purchased on papier mache keep saying to put
varnish on them, I have decided to purchase some Spar varnish, and if
it works on the papier mache without yellowing I will use it on my
outside rocks.
