Summer Clay classes for Kids at Mudflat

Children ages 5 to 11 and teens ages 12 and up can join us at Mudflat for clay classes this summer.  Learn how to handbuild with slabs and coils and how to work with clay on the potter's wheel. 

Mudflat offers 2 sessions, July 8-24 and August 5-21. Classes meet twice each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 weeks  a total of 6 classes. Choose a morning or afternoon section - each are 2 hours long.

Tuition is $150/section, and includes all materials and firings

Mudflat is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.  Mudflat is supported in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Somerville Arts Council.
