and internationally at festivals, concert series, universities, and conferences,
including upcoming performances at the International Folklore Festival in
Bourgas, Bulgaria this August!
They have recorded for the Shanachie, Ladyslipper and Spinning Records
labels. With nine widely distributed recordings to their credit, LIBANA's
music has helped open the hearts and minds of countless thousands of
listeners worldwide, encouraging a deepened awareness of unity within the

To increase support for Libana's vision, expansion and growth,
we are seeking one or two dedicated, focused and creative people
to handle the following areas:
1) ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Grantwriting/Fundraising
Marketing and Recording Distribution
Public Relations
2) BOOKINGS/ TOUR MANAGEMENT
3) GENERAL OPERATIONS OF A
NON-PROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATION
This may be one 23 hour/wk position for the right talented person, or
possibly divided into two positions. This person/s will work very closely
with Libana's Artistic Director and Financial Manager.
Job Requirements: A spirited commitment to the arts, and an affinity for
the music and mission of Libana; strategic vision and ability to see the
big picture combined with a grounded attention to detail; grantwriting
skills; booking experience; a creative and multitasking mind; access to
possibly divided into two positions. This person/s will work very closely
with Libana's Artistic Director and Financial Manager.
Job Requirements: A spirited commitment to the arts, and an affinity for
the music and mission of Libana; strategic vision and ability to see the
big picture combined with a grounded attention to detail; grantwriting
skills; booking experience; a creative and multitasking mind; access to
home-office and computer, and technological skill (including facility in
Quickbooks); excellent communication skills, a wise spirit, a sense of
humor, passion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently combined
with the desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, as well as arts
administration or other managerial experience strongly preferred.
