Wood/Metal-working Studio Space for rent/sub-lease near Union Square in chic Somerville
I am looking to share or sub-let a 2800 square-foot space in a small brick industrial building on Somerville Avenue in Somerville. Close to restaurants, suppliers, & other services. Easy parking in rear, free. Safe neighborhood, good building.
The space is equipped with workbenches and vises, material storage rack and a wide variety of wood-working and metal-working tools that can stay with the space or be moved out if that is preferred. I will be spending most of the year in Seattle, but would like to retain access to a workshop during the vacation months that I am here (Winter holiday and 3 months in the summer primarily) for intermittent use on small projects. I do not expect to take in any larger projects so the workshop can be reconfigured to suit, tools can be moved to different locations etc.. I’d like to find a person or persons to share the rent at a reasonable cost.
