Istanbul Animation Festival Calls for Submission IAF 4th was organized last year with seminars, screenings, workshops in Istanbul Modern and Garaj Istanbul on December, 2007. This year IAF 5th will be organized in Pera Museum between 24th and 30th November, 2008. For the competitors 5th Istanbul Animation and Visual Effect Short Film Competition applications are available till September, 17. Competitors can apply by filling the form on official web site; www.iafistanbul.com During IAF 4th, 250 movies -from applied 350- screened which are chosen by jury members. After all John and Karen, which is directed by Matthew Walker has awarded with IAF Grand Price. In addition Turkish Short branch Aquarium, directed by Denizcan Yüzgül is awarded.
