[Rock Painting] Re: Question to ALL ?

Hi All, I've never used boat varnish.. But from what I have seen of
varnish, a yellowish tint is not unusual. I use Krylon sealer for the
rocks I keep outside.. It seems to work fine. I've got some rocks
that have weathered 3 years (but brought inside during the coldest
weather.. Ice, freezing, snow etc!!! I just spray a new coat (after
washing down the rock in the spring. No scrubbing just light soaping
and rinsing and let air dry then spray with the Krylon (satin or gloss)
paint and is good to go for another summer!! :) Hope this helps. Why
use expensive varnish when Krylon (good ole WalMart) works so well!!
